# Scrape ImmobilienScout24 property listings

`POST /realestate/immobilienscout24`

## Request

Searches ImmobilienScout24 (Germany's largest property portal) for `location` and returns the listings as JSON: `title`, `price` + `currency` + `priceType` (`rent_cold` / `rent_warm` / `purchase`), `warmRent`, `livingArea`, `rooms`, `plotArea`, `address`, `district`, `coordinates`, `image`/`images`, `realtor` and a listing `url`. Filter with `channel` (rent / buy), `property_type` (apartment / house), `min_price`/`max_price`, `min_rooms`/`max_rooms` and `min_area`/`max_area`, and collect up to `max_results` across pages.

## Query parameters

- `location` string, required: German city ('Berlin', 'Muenchen', 'Köln', 'Frankfurt am Main'), a state ('Bayern'), or an ImmoScout24 region path such as 'berlin/berlin/mitte' or 'bayern/muenchen-kreis/unterschleissheim'.
- `channel` string: rent or buy.
- `property_type` string: apartment or house.
- `min_price` number, nullable: Minimum price in EUR (cold rent per month, or purchase price).
- `max_price` number, nullable: Maximum price in EUR (cold rent per month, or purchase price).
- `min_rooms` number, nullable: Minimum number of rooms (half rooms allowed, e.g. 2.5).
- `max_rooms` number, nullable: Maximum number of rooms.
- `min_area` number, nullable: Minimum living area in m².
- `max_area` number, nullable: Maximum living area in m².
- `max_results` integer: How many listings to collect across pages (20 per page, max 500).
- `page` integer: 1-based results page to start from.
- `proxy_country` string, nullable: Proxy country the request is sent from (ISO-2, e.g. 'US', 'DE'). Leave blank to let the API pick.

## Response `200`

JSON with a `listings` array plus totals.

- `400`: Invalid parameters or unknown location.
- `404`: ImmobilienScout24 has no results page for this location.
- `422`: Validation Error
- `502`: Blocked by ImmobilienScout24, no results page returned, or the call did not finish in time.
