# Search Brave Images

`POST /images/brave-search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.scrapeunblocker.com`
- URL: `https://api.scrapeunblocker.com/images/brave-search`
- Auth: API key in header `x-scrapeunblocker-key`

Runs Brave Images for `q` in a real browser and returns the image results as JSON, in the same shape as `/images/google-search`. Every result carries `imageUrl` (the origin image, not a thumbnail), `sourceDomain`, `sourcePageUrl`, `title`, `sourceName`, `thumbnailUrl`, `width` and `height`. Brave returns its whole result set (~200 images) on one page, billed as one request; `max_results` caps it.

## Query parameters

- `q` string, required: Image search term, e.g. 'eiffel tower'.
- `max_results` integer, nullable: Optional cap on the number of results returned (default: all, ~200).
- `proxy_country` string, nullable: Country to search from (ISO-2); Brave takes the region from it. Defaults to US.

## Response `200`

JSON with a `results` array plus the query and counts.

- `400`: Invalid parameters.
- `422`: Validation Error
- `502`: Blocked by Brave, no image results returned, or the search did not finish in time.
