# Create a Jaumo account through the API. The portal mails a confirmation link, so the only manual step left is following it.

`POST /v1/jaumo/register`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.scraper-api.com`
- URL: `https://api.scraper-api.com/v1/jaumo/register`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

**Live endpoint.** Credit cost: **1** (1 request = 1 credit).

## Request body

- object
  - `email` string, required: E-mail address of the account to create.
  - `password` string, required: The portal account's password, or the one-time code where the platform has no password.
  - `name` string: Display name / nickname of the new account.
  - `recaptcha_token` string: reCAPTCHA token for the portal's registration form.
  - `extra` string: Portal-specific extra form fields (city, zip, account type, marketing opt-in, …).

## Response `200`

Platform-native JSON payload (ScrapeCreators-compatible).

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing or invalid parameters.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `402`: Not enough credits.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `502`: Upstream scrape failed.
