`GET /v1/pinterest/topic`

Retrieves a public Pinterest topic by its ideas URL, returning id, name, url, search_count, updated_at, and refinements in the normal success envelope. search_count is Pinterest's native internal_search_count; its aggregation period is unspecified, so it is not monthly search volume or a unique-person count. updated_at is Pinterest's update_time converted to ISO 8601 UTC, not the separate feed refresh time. search_count is a nonnegative integer and updated_at is a non-null ISO 8601 UTC string on success. Missing or invalid core count or timestamp metadata returns an uncharged 500 failure, not a success with null values. refinements contains the native ideas_klp_pivots chips as label, name, and absolute Pinterest url; [] means explicitly empty, while null means missing or malformed. Related-topic recommendations are not refinement chips.
