- `assignee` string, nullable: Assignee name(s)

- `language` 'ENGLISH' | 'GERMAN' | 'CHINESE' | 'FRENCH' | 'JAPANESE' | 'KOREAN' | 'SPANISH', nullable: Patent language
- `status` 'GRANT' | 'APPLICATION', nullable
- `patent_type` 'PATENT' | 'DESIGN', nullable
- `before` string, nullable: Before date (YYYYMMDD)
- `after` string, nullable: After date (YYYYMMDD)
