`GET /api/v1/exports/audit/{scopefile}`

The path is {scope_id}.csv or {scope_id}.pdf. Authorized by a carrier-feed token (query token) OR bearer/session with export.run.

## Response `200`

CSV or PDF audit report.

## Other responses

- `403`: Bad/expired/revoked token, or insufficient capability.
- `404`: Scope not found.
