# The POT's «about» and the themes it comes from

`GET /pots/{pot_id}/about`

What the POT knows in one or two sentences (`text`, also in `GET /pots/{pot_id}` and the listing as `about`), whether the engine wrote it (`generated`) or the owner did (`manual`), and the POT's most frequent document themes (at most 15).

The engine keeps a generated text up to date after each ingestion: one cheap yes/no question decides whether new themes deserve a new text. A manual text is never rewritten; `suggestion_pending` says the POT now has a subject it does not cover.

**Themes.** Only themes that passed the engine's privacy filter are kept (no person's names, contacts or masked values), but they are the documents' subjects word for word. The API has no role below the workspace key: show them only to whoever manages the POT.

Successful Response

- POTAboutDetail: ``GET /pots/{pot_id}/about``: the view plus the themes it comes from. The themes passed the engine's privacy filter (no names, contacts or masked values; the raw ones are never stored), but they are the POT's subjects word for word: the API has no role below the workspace key, so an integrator shows them only to whoever manages the POT.
