# V1 Public Get Author Papers

`GET /v1/authors/{author_id}/papers`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.scholarfeed.org` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.scholarfeed.org/v1/authors/{author_id}/papers`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Get all papers by an author (stable OpenAlex id or legacy integer PK).

Returns paginated list of papers with standard PublicPaperResponse fields.
Use discover_authors or get_author to find the author id first.

Rate limit: 20/minute per API key.
