Reads C2PA Content Credentials, IPTC digital-source-type, EXIF/XMP software
tags and generation-prompt blocks. `declared: true` is a certainty — the
file says so itself. `declared: false` only means the file carries no
disclosure; most platforms strip metadata, so absence is not evidence a
person made the picture.
