# Scan Image

Scan one image. Returns a density, a band, a confidence and the reads behind them.

Query/form flags:
  deep=true      ask for the OCR tier (runs on a model worker; degrades to the
                 light read if no worker answers — never 5xx)
  redact=true    return classifications and hashes only, never extracted payload text
  save=true      keep this scan in the account's history (result + a small
                 thumbnail + a hash of the upload — never the original file).
                 Default is NOT saved: nothing about an image scan is stored
                 unless asked.
