# Create a deployment.

`POST /v1/compute/deployments`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.scalix.world`
- URL: `https://api.scalix.world/v1/compute/deployments`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Deploys a container/VM compute workload and returns the created deployment.

## Request body

- ComputeDeployRequest: Deploy a long-running compute service (container/VM).
  - `name` string, required
  - `image` string, required
  - `cpu` integer, nullable
  - `memory_mb` integer, nullable
  - `env` object, nullable: Environment variables (string → string).
  - `ports` integer[], nullable
  - `replicas` integer, nullable

## Response `201`

Deployment created

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `500`: Internal error
