  - `percent` number: Share of subscription fees, default 20
  - `months` integer: Months from the first payment the fee runs for, default 12
  - `notes` string, nullable
  - `code` string, required: Partner code for the link ?ref=CODE; stored upper case and never changed once issued
  - `application_id` string, uuid
