# Connect or reconfigure an integration (status stays pending until a test completes)

`POST /api/v1/integrations/{provider}/connect`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `sfb_session`

## Path parameters

- `provider` string, required

## Request body

- object: Provider settings. SMTP: host, port, security (tls | starttls | none for a loopback test sink), username, password, from_name, from_address, reply_to, hourly_quota. Secrets are encrypted and never returned.
