  - `sms_payment_link` boolean: Text the deposit link, and a note if the hold expires (default true)
  - `sms_booking_changes` boolean: Text when a booking is moved or cancelled (default false)
  - `staff_action_messages` object: What the client is sent when the team books, moves or cancels. Switches book_email, book_sms, move_email, move_sms, cancel_email, cancel_sms (missing means on). The calendar tick box starts from these; notify_client on one action overrides them. Online bookings and the AI receptionist always notify.
