# Delete one deadline

`DELETE /deadlines/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.scadenzario.app/api/v1`
- URL: `https://www.scadenzario.app/api/v1/deadlines/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Writes the sync tombstone so every device drops it. Deleting the stored occurrence of a recurring deadline ends the series. Storage attachments are left alone.

## Response `204`

Deleted.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid token.
- `403`: Missing scope (token without write access).
- `404`: Unknown or deleted id.
