# File a support ticket

`POST /support-tickets`

## Request

File a support ticket or feature request with Sazabi support. The requester is the authenticated person; replies arrive in the dashboard support widget and by email.

## Request body

- object
  - `organizationId` string: Organization the ticket is filed for. Auto-filled from CLI and SDK context when omitted.
  - `projectId` string, uuid: Project the ticket is about. Auto-filled from CLI and SDK context when omitted; optional.
  - `threadId` string, uuid: Thread the ticket came out of. Must belong to the same organization and project; its URL is added to the ticket.
  - `featureRequest` boolean: Whether the ticket asks for a capability Sazabi lacks. Filed as an explicit feature request for the support team; otherwise the support desk classifies the ticket itself.
  - `title` string, required: One-line summary.
  - `body` string, required: Ticket body in markdown. Sazabi appends organization, project, and thread context.
