List status-page issues in a project.

## Query parameters

- `projectId` string, uuid: Project to list status-page issues for. Auto-filled from CLI and SDK context when omitted.
- `componentId` string, uuid: Restrict results to a single component.
- `activeOnly` union: When true, return only unresolved (ongoing) issues.

- `limit` integer: Maximum number of issues to return per page.
- `cursor` string, uuid: Cursor from a previous response's nextCursor to fetch the next page.

    - `severity` 'degraded' | 'outage', required: Severity of a status-page incident. 'outage' marks the component down; 'degraded' marks partial impact.
    - `summary` string, required: Human-readable summary of the status-page issue.
    - `startedAt` string, date-time, required: When the incident began affecting the component.
    - `resolvedAt` string, date-time, nullable, required: When the incident was resolved, or null while ongoing.
  - `nextCursor` string, uuid, nullable, required: Pass as 'cursor' to fetch the next page. Null when there are no more results.
