# Add saves to a SaveHQ custom board

`POST /api/v1/actions/add_to_board`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://savehq.app`
- URL: `https://savehq.app/api/v1/actions/add_to_board`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Put saves on a custom board the user is on. The user's own saves go on as they are, not copied, and stay on their own board. Someone else's save the user can see (from friends_saves or a group chat) is a link, so it is saved to the user's board first and then added; undo removes that copy too. Everyone on the board sees them, private ones included, so this always needs the user's OK: the first call returns a preview naming who will see them, and a confirmToken.

Needs the person's OK: always.
