# Spacex Transporter Opm To Tle

`POST /leop/spacex_opm_transporter`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.satcat.com/api/satcat`
- URL: `https://api.satcat.com/api/satcat/leop/spacex_opm_transporter`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (client credentials, token URL `oauth/token`; password, token URL `login`)

Returns TLE for all the assets in the SpaceX OPM file.
The NORAD ID is assigned as either:
  - The provided norad_id field in the YAML (if present)
  - Otherwise 99001, 99002, ...
The COSPAR ID is 2024-152A, 2024-152B, ...
TLE can be derived from ECEF state or "mean" orbital elements.

.. note:
The SpaceX OPM does not clarify what the "mean" elements mean. Here, they are
assumed to be Kozai mean elements.

- `from_mean_elements_instead_of_osculating_ecef` boolean
