# Get a recipient tracking preference

`GET /v1/email/tracking/recipients`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.samva.dev`
- URL: `https://api.samva.dev/v1/email/tracking/recipients`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns the organization-scoped tracking opt-out for a normalized recipient email. A missing preference reads as opted in and is not created.
