# Get compliance settings

`GET /fleet/settings/compliance`

## Request

Get organization's compliance settings, including carrier name, office address, and DOT number

 <b>Rate limit:</b> 5 requests/sec (learn more about rate limits <a href="https://developers.samsara.com/docs/rate-limits" target="_blank">here</a>).

  - `data` SettingsComplianceResponseObjectResponseBody, required: Information set here will be displayed in roadside inspections and in the transferred US DOT datafile.
    - `allowUnregulatedVehiclesEnabled` boolean: [deprecated] Allow Unregulated Vehicles. This setting is deprecated as all organizations can now mark vehicles as unregulated.
    - `canadaHosEnabled` boolean: Enable Canada HOS
    - `carrierName` string: Carrier name of the organization
    - `dotNumber` integer: DOT Number
    - `driverAutoDutyEnabled` boolean: Enable Driver Auto-Duty
    - `editCertifiedLogsEnabled` boolean: Drivers Can Edit Certified Log
    - `forceManualLocationForDutyStatusChangesEnabled` boolean: Force Manual Location For Duty Status Changes
    - `forceReviewUnassignedHosEnabled` boolean: Force Review of Unassigned HOS
    - `mainOfficeFormattedAddress` string: Office Address
    - `persistentDutyStatusEnabled` boolean: Persistent Duty Status
