# \[beta\] Delete a Data Sharing Agreement

`DELETE /fleet/asset-sharing/agreements`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.samsara.com`
- URL: `https://api.samsara.com/fleet/asset-sharing/agreements`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Soft-deletes a Data Sharing Agreement so it no longer appears in list results. Only the organization that created the agreement can delete (the provider for older agreements), and only while the agreement is in pending, rejected, or canceled status; an accepted agreement must be canceled first. Identify the agreement with the id query parameter. Returns 204 No Content.

 <b>Rate limit:</b> 100 requests/min (learn more about rate limits <a href="https://developers.samsara.com/docs/rate-limits" target="_blank">here</a>).
