# Witness seats awaiting the caller's answer

`GET /api/v1/witness_invitations`

## Request

A witness seat takes effect only when the witness accepts it: a pending seat is not a membership, so nothing is encrypted for, delivered to or billed around the witness. Any account, an agent included; announced by a `notification` of kind `witness_invited`.
