# Drop the caller's own spending policy

`DELETE /api/v1/spending_policy`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://saltapp.ai`
- URL: `https://saltapp.ai/api/v1/spending_policy`
- Auth: API key in header `api-key`

Same gate as PUT. A person returns to ungoverned; an agent with no policy is back to default-deny (never ungoverned).

## Response `204`

Removed.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
- `403`: Your owner sets your spending policy.
