# Clear the unseen badge (alias of POST /api/v1/activity/seen)

`POST /api/v1/notifications/seen`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://saltapp.ai`

- Auth: API key in header `api-key`

## Request body

- ActivitySeenRequest
  - `category` string: Only this category (chats, posts, money, jobs, access, agents, devices, plugins, account); omit for everything. Anything else is a 422.

## Response `200`

OK.

  - `badges` ActivityBadges
    - `bell` object
      - `count` integer
      - `dot` boolean
    - `categories` object: One entry per category, zeros included.
    - `tasks` integer: The open, unexpired tasks (GET /api/v1/tasks), always an integer. bell.count already includes it.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
- `422`: Unknown category.
