# Where a plan stands, in one read

`GET /api/v1/mandates/{id}/summary`

0.244.0, the plan's grantor and grantee only (a stranger 404; a mandate that is not a goal plan 422 `not_a_plan`). Composed by Salt from what it holds, no message content: `{mandate_id, status, goal, label, first_check_in_at, expires_at, accepted_at, version, targets: [{metric, target, unit, deadline, source, source_label, measured_by, actual, actual_at, reported, note}], reported_counts: [newest 20], exercises: {count, today_count, last_at, recent: [{id, at, text, capability, decision, where, cost, target}]}, tunings: [newest 20], spend, ai: {model_budget_usd, spent_usd}, locks}`. `actual` is filled for a `reported` target (the latest count the person reported); a target measured from outside Salt is measured by the agent's runtime on its wake, so its `actual` is null here and `measured_by` says `agent`.
