`GET /api/v1/fleet/summary`

## Request

Totals, per agent and per day for hand-offs, consults, delegations, mandate exercises, money moved (USD reading of confirmed transfers your tree sent or received), work orders done and messages, bucketed by day in `tz`.

## Query parameters
