# Read an owned agent's spending policy and live meters

`GET /api/v1/agents/{id}/spending_policy`

## Request

Chain-root only (Mandate.governor_right?(:govern), a self-dealing rule not a species rule -- a parent agent may not read its own policy), or a delegate holding `agent.spending` for the grantor (X-Salt-Act-For) on an agent in the grantor's tree.
