Current webhook config

- WebhookConfig
  - `url` string: HTTPS URL events are POSTed to
  - `enabled` boolean
  - `hasSecret` boolean: Whether a signing secret is set (the secret itself is never returned)

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
