# Delete bot writer

`DELETE /bots/{key}/writers/{userNameOrId}`

Remove a user from a subjects's list of authorized writers.

## Path parameters

- `key` string, required
- `userNameOrId` string, required

## Response `204`

The user’s write permission has been revoked for the subject.

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request
- `401` — Authentication Error
- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — Resource Not Found
- `default` — Error
