# Poll Import Package

`GET /packages/import/{importId}`

Polls the status of the import operation created by the [Import Package operation](../api/Public-API.v1-fv.html#/operations/ImportPackage).

## Path parameters

- `importId` string, required

## Response `200`

- PackageImportStatusResponse
  - `id` string — The id of the import operation
  - `status` string — The status of the import operation
  - `error` ErrorResponse — Error response properties.
    - `message` string, required — Retrieves a descriptive message that shows what went wrong.
    - `errorCode` string, required — Concise code that describes the nature of the error.
    - `details` ErrorDetailResponse[]
      - `name` string
      - `code` string
      - `value` string

## Other responses

- `400` — Error codes: * “invalid”: Invalid input in the query parameter mentioned in the “name” field on the error response.
- `401` — The user could not be identified.
- `403` — Error codes: * "forbidden": the authenticated user is not allowed to view the task.
- `404` — Error codes: * "notFound": the Task could not be found by identifier.
