# Export Package

`POST /packages/export`

Creates a task for exporting the selected tasks in a given number of packages, for more information check the [documentation](https://docs.rws.com/en-US/trados-enterprise-accelerate-791595/downloading-packages-for-translation-719552) on downloading packages for translation

- `X-LC-Tenant` string, required

## Request body

- PackageExportRequest
  - `projectId` string, required — The Id of the project
  - `taskIds` string[], required — The Ids of the tasks being exported
  - `onlinePackage` boolean, nullable — Set true for online Termbases and false for offline Termbases. If null it will not include termbases
  - `includeTM` boolean — Set true to include Translation Memories
  - `includeReferenceFiles` boolean — Set true to include Reference Files
  - `splitByLanguage` boolean — Set true if you want the packages split by language
  - `filesPerPackage` integer — Number of files per package. Only usable if "splitByLanguage" is set to false

## Response `200`

- object
  - `exportIds` string[] — The ids of the export tasks created, used to check on their status.

## Other responses

- `400` — Error codes: * “invalid”: Invalid input in the query parameter mentioned in the “name” field on the error response.
- `401` — The user could not be identified.
- `403` — Error codes: * "forbidden": the authenticated user is not allowed to export the package.
