# List Pending Activation Leads

`GET /api/sales/leads/pending-activation`

## Request

List leads currently held at auto_send_status='pending_activation'.

Surfaces the queue Roberto reviews on the dashboard before clicking
"Activate". Ordered newest-first so the freshest imports land at the
top. Excludes leads already activated, sent, or paused.

Restricted to founder + internal_admin: only admins can see the
cross-rep view (and only admins can act on it via POST /activate).
Sales reps see the OFF/count via the banner without needing the rows.
