Import enriched leads from Vibe Prospecting (JSON). 3-layer dedup.

v2.4: now passes signal_source / activation_channel / signal_metadata
through to the import service for attribution preservation. See ADR-001.
Legacy callers omitting these fields fall back to derive-from-source.
