- BenchBarStatOut: G1 addendum §4: "Only about 1 in N applicants" pass both bars. One number for the whole bench, never per engineer. ``one_in_n`` is ``None`` (and ``eligible`` false) whenever BENCH_BAR_STAT_ENABLED is off, fewer than 100 of our people have been assessed, or the computation failed. The consumer hides the line in every one of those cases.
