# Update Interview Assessment

`PATCH /api/interviews/{assessment_id}`

## Request

Update an existing assessment.

If any score field is provided, weighted_total is recomputed using
existing values for the missing scores. The candidate cache is
refreshed only if this assessment is still the most recent one.
