Footer newsletter opt-in ("5-Minute LATAM Hiring Brief").
Creates a minimal Lead (source='newsletter') and enrolls it in the
'newsletter' nurture sequence. Personal domains are accepted — a
newsletter opt-in is top-of-funnel, not a shortlist gate.

Dedupe: if a lead already exists for this email we return success
without touching it — never downgrade a real sales lead to a
newsletter subscriber, and never restart someone's nurture state.
