## Request

Funnel + pass-rate dashboard, fully scoped to the `days` window.

A candidate_interviews / candidate_coding_assessments row is "in the
window" if its `sent_at` falls within the last `days` days. Every
metric on the dashboard rolls up from this windowed set.
