`POST /api/agentic/run-pipeline`

Run the agentic enrichment pipeline with Claude Tool Use.

The orchestrator loads SKILL.md from app/skills/<skill>/ and uses
the provided prompt as the user message. Claude then orchestrates
tool calls (VP CLI, CRM import) until completion.

The founder's JWT is passed to tools that call back into the CRM.

## Request body

- RunPipelineRequest
  - `user_prompt` string, required: Instruction for the agentic pipeline. Start with [AGENT] for agentic mode.
  - `skill` string: Which skill to load as the system prompt (must exist in app/skills/).
