`POST /org/{orgId}/group`

## Path parameters

- `orgId` string, required

## Request body

- BaseGroupCreateRequestBody
  - `name` string, required: The name of the group
  - `userActions` UserAction[]: The list of user actions that the group can perform
  - `members` string[]: The list of user IDs that are members of the group
  - `isEligibleForPilotRotation` boolean: Whether members of this group are eligible to be added to a release pilot rotation

  - `id` string, required: The ID of the group
  - `name` string, required: The name of the group
  - `userActions` UserAction[], required: The actions that the group is allowed to perform
  - `members` string[], required: The members of the group
  - `isEligibleForPilotRotation` boolean, required: Whether members of this group are eligible to be added to a release pilot rotation
