# Get an app's fix request form fields settings

`GET /app/{appId}/fixRequestFormFieldsSettings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.runway.team`
- URL: `https://api.runway.team/app/{appId}/fixRequestFormFieldsSettings`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Returns the app's configured fix request form field settings, including each field's id, name, whether it is required, and any minimum character count. Use the returned `fieldId`s to build the `formFieldsValues` when creating a fix request.

An app's fix request form field settings

- FixRequestFormFieldsSettingsEntity: An app's configured fix request form field settings.
  - `formFieldsSettings` FixRequestFormFieldSettings[]: The form fields configured for fix requests on this app.
    - `fieldId` string: Stable id for the field. Pass this as `fieldId` in `formFieldsValues` when creating a fix request.
    - `name` string: Display name of the field.
    - `placeholder` string: Placeholder hint text shown for the input.
    - `prePopulatedText` string: Default text pre-populated into the field.
    - `required` boolean: Whether a non-empty value is required for this field.
    - `minCharacters` integer: Minimum number of characters required, if any.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request response
- `404`: Resource not found response
