`POST /v1/user_profiles`

Create a user profile.

## Request body

- CreateUserProfileRequest — Request to create a user profile.
  - `id` string, required — The user profile ID (auth user ID).
  - `github_user_name` string, nullable, required — The GitHub username.
  - `active_account` string, required — The active account ID.
  - `keycloak_user_id` string, nullable, required — The Keycloak user ID.
  - `auth_provider` string, nullable, required — The auth provider.

OK

- UserProfileView — User profile information.
  - `id` string, required — The user profile ID.
  - `github_user_name` string, nullable — The GitHub username.
  - `active_account` string, nullable — The active account ID.
