Unauthenticated, ungated boolean storage probe for the off-AWS status monitor. Returns 200 with `{"status":"ok"}` when the internal object-store probe succeeds, 503 with `{"status":"error"}` otherwise. The body is boolean-only and discloses NO architecture detail (no bucket name, no `checks` map, no version) — same anti-fingerprinting posture as the slim public /health.
