# Stage the next notification signing generation

`POST /buzz-project-event-routes/v1/{buzz_project_event_route_id}/rotate`

## Request body

- object
  - `invite` string: Optional: a one-use invite minted in Buzz Desktop, claimed by the NEXT signing generation so the swap can complete. Without it the next generation stays staged until a later rotate call brings one. Never echoed.

## Response `202`

Next generation staged pending its own Buzz-side NIP-43 authorization; the swap activates only after the new pubkey's membership verifies
