# Delete a passkey

`DELETE /auth/v1/passkeys/{passkey_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.run402.com`
- URL: `https://api.run402.com/auth/v1/passkeys/{passkey_id}`
- Auth: API key in header `apikey` and HTTP bearer

Soft-deletes one caller-owned passkey. Required-passkey admins need recent passkey auth and cannot delete their last eligible admin passkey.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid authentication. Run402-originated JSON bodies use the canonical ErrorEnvelope.
- `403`: Recent passkey auth required
- `404`: Passkey not found
- `409`: Cannot delete the last eligible admin passkey
