# Change hints for live tables on a tenant host (held read)

`GET /_run402/live/changes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.run402.com`
- URL: `https://api.run402.com/_run402/live/changes`
- Auth: none required

tenant-live-changes. The same held read as `GET /live/v1/changes`, on the app's own host and without a key: hints since `cursor`, or hold up to `wait` seconds (clamped 1..25) for the first one. `resync: true` means refetch. Not served from api.run402.com.

## Query parameters

- `tables` string, required
- `cursor` string
- `wait` integer

## Response `200`

Hints since the cursor; the same body as /live/v1/changes.

## Other responses

- `401`: AUTH_REQUIRED: an owner-scoped table needs an identity.
- `403`: TABLE_NOT_LIVE, naming the table and the manifest fix.
