## Request body

- object
  - `billableAmount` number, nullable: The total billable amount for the expense category.
  - `nonBillableAmount` number, nullable: The total non-billable amount for the expense category.
  - `notes` string, nullable: Notes about this budget expense. Maximum 5000 characters.
  - `projectId` string, required: The ID (`uuid`) of the project this budget expense belongs to.
  - `expenseCategoryId` string, required: The ID (`uuid`) of the expense category for this budget expense.

  - `billableAmount` number, nullable: The total billable amount for the expense category. `null` when the project is non-billable.

  - `project` object: The project this budget expense belongs to.

    - `name` string: The name of the project.
    - `client` object: The client associated with the project.

  - `expenseCategory` object: The expense category for this budget expense.
