# Create a practice

`POST /practices`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.ruddr.io/api/workspace`
- URL: `https://www.ruddr.io/api/workspace/practices`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string, required: The name of the practice. Max 255 characters.
  - `isActive` boolean: Whether the practice is active. Defaults to `true` if not provided.

## Response `200`

- Practice
  - `id` string: The unique identifier for the object.
  - `name` string: The name of the practice.
  - `isActive` boolean: Whether the practice is active.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: The timestamp when the object was created.
