`PATCH /locations/{id}`

  - `name` string: The name of the location. Max 255 characters.
  - `isActive` boolean: Whether the location is active.

  - `isActive` boolean: Whether the location is active.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: The timestamp when the object was created.
