# List public buy requests (demand feed)

`GET /v1/public/wanted`

Public buy requests — things people are looking to buy but haven't found
    through normal supply. The demand side of Partle: instead of searching
    what's already for sale, browse what users are actively asking for.

    Useful for AI agents that want to **offer matches** (browse the demand
    feed, cross-reference against `search_products`, surface a hit) and for
    small sellers / sourcers looking for unmet demand they can fulfil.

    Buy requests are independent of personal inventory — they're posted with
    the explicit intent of being seen by potential suppliers. Each request
    optionally includes a free-text `contact` field (email/phone/handle) the
    poster left so you can reach them outside the platform.

    Only open requests are returned (a request is "closed" once the poster
    sets `closed_at` to mark it fulfilled or withdrawn).

    **Filters:** `q` matches against name + description.
    **Rate Limit:** 100 requests per hour per IP.
